How do Beehive Meals work?
We provide pre-assembled, frozen slow-cooker meals delivered straight to your door. You simply take a meal out of your freezer, place it in your slow cooker or electric pressure cooker, and follow the cooking instructions on the label.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are delivered in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs designed to keep your food frozen for several hours after delivery.
Are your meals gluten-free or allergy-friendly?
We offer specific 'Gluten-Free' menu options each month. However, all meals are prepared in a facility that also processes wheat, dairy, and nuts, so we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list for each meal before purchasing.
How long can I store the meals in my freezer?
Our meals are vacuum-sealed for freshness and can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 to 6 months without compromising quality or flavor.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or credit.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your customer portal. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
